Mandatory Skills - Support Fusion on OIC Integrations in the afternoon shift to cover Europe Time Zone.
In-depth knowledge of researching and resolving system issues related Order Management,Shipping,Inventory,Costing,Product HUB, Assigned SKUs & Transfer Pricing integrations.
Ability to take ownership and fixing Integration issues with support from Integration, Functional and Tech teams
Knowledge in Supplier/Customer qualification & Supplier/Customer portal, Procurement, self-service procurement modules will be an added advantage

Role Description:

• 10+ Years of Experience in OIC (Fusion cloud & R12)
• Handling Client Calls and experience in Support and Implementation Projects
• Ability to handle high volume of data integration failure issues in a collaborative manner
• Support all Integration oracle fusion modules will be needed in areas such as Order Management,Shipping,Inventory,Costing,Product HUB, Assigned SKUs, Transfer Pricing, and month-end close activities
• Willing to extend support over the weekend or extended shifts.
