Description

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support the local Bid and Proposal organization in field administration of bidding proposal and sales process, any matters requiring finalizing document of proposal submission, and preparing final documentation.

  • You will be involved in preparation of tender requirement check list based on data tender from customer, create tender timeline, and reporting to Bid Manager for document preparation submission progress.

  • You will support proposal teams, to provide document submission, supporting letter, Bid Bond, Bank reference, application form, factory/vendor document, price estimate and other affiliation document.

  • You will create and manage official letter correspondence with customer, follow up client's PIC regarding administrative matters & Responsible for office administrate affair and works.

  • You will be controlling bid & proposal document, achievement minute of meeting, report and ensuring all within company standard, archive, maintain and control tender documents.

  • You will support preparation of commercial offers based on customer requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives and participate in the kickoff meeting tender organized by the sales team and in collaboration with OHS Coordinator, ensure implementation of HE HSE policy and actively develop culture of HSE awareness in respective function.

  • You will participate in lost bid submission tender analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.

Your background:

  • A bachelor’s degree or Diploma III.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience.

  • Administration and management experience, as well as knowledge of bid processes and tools.

  • Experience working for an EPC (Electrical and Mechanical) company is preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience.

  • Written and oral English fluency.
