Description

Our local product group Insulation & Components is the technology leader in design and manufacture of high voltage transformer bushings. All renowned international companies of the electrical industry, active in power generation, transmission and distribution are among our customers. We have a top position in the high voltage bushing areas worldwide.

Your responsibilities

Main tasks include:

  • Ensuring excellent customer service

  • Fast and professional response to field failures & customer claims (CCRP)

  • Organization of customer acceptances for repaired or analyzed capacitor bushings

  • Maintaining customer relationships, both internal & external

  • Coordination and planning of on-site operations and repairs

  • Proactive customer communication via email, phone, and face to face

  • Adherence & optimization of service procedures

  • Assisting with or processing spare parts or service orders, managing, and updating invoices, and tracking inventory

  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge and up to date with latest industry standards and best practices, regulations, restrictions and laws to ensure the company is compliant to these regulations

  • Position leads a small service team (2-3 employees) and reports to the quality department

Your background

  • The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.

  • Knowledge and experience of the energy industry is an advantage.

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or management.

  • Good skills in leadership, communication, sales and customer service are required.

  • Fluent English and good German language.
