Test Technician

General Information:

Hitachi Energy is seeking for a Test Technician for it's PA, Mount Pleasant location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Document Test Procedures.
• Record certification numbers, part numbers, serial number of calibration equipment and components.
• Perform final mechanical inspection/adjustments of finished product.
• Protection Relay Programming.
• Perform electrical testing on low voltage and medium voltage equipment:
• Point to point / functional testing on control panel.
• Insulation Resistance Test
• Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test
• Capacitance Measurement
• Primary Injection Testing
• Contact Resistance Testing
• Sweep Frequency Response Analysis

Your Background:

• Associate degree electronic technology.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in electrical manufacturing.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
