Description:

• Ability to conduct structured analysis of data and synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Ability to drive and implement change based on analytical insights.
• Provide analytical and data-driven decision-making support.
• Work closely with leads & managers to develop and define new and improved metrics.
• Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with other analysts and developers to expand and improve existing reporting systems.
• Partner with Research & Development, Product Management and other teams to provide data driven insights that will improve performance.
• A Graduate /Post graduate /MBA with 2-3 yrs of work experience into Data Analysis.
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports with strong database query experience (e.g. SQL) and programming experience ( e.g.PYTHON).
• Strong Skills in managing Excel/ Google Spreadsheets

Requirements:

• A person who is extremely comfortable with understanding business requirements, preparing requirements document & solution approach, handling and analyzing voluminous data, making hypotheses and drawing inferences from it.
• The person will also play a key role in driving the measures and metrics framework and process improvement.
