Test engineer

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for performing factory acceptance test and active part test on transformer and shunt reactor.
• You are responsible for making testing procedures and test report in a laboratory environment for quality assurance.
• You are responsible for communication with customer to reply or clarify what customer’s concern. English speaking is needed if oversea customer present at test lab.
• You will be responsible to obey safety rules, HR rules and occupational secrecy agreement.
• You will be responsible to assist group leader to carry out daily work and assist test manager to temporary task assigned.
• You will be responsible to participate test engineer training proactively.
• You will be responsible to play an important role to build a good team.
• Your duties usually consist of making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative analytical tests, performing calculations and determinations on tests, and evaluating physical/chemical characteristics.
• Familiar with the use of standard and industry specific specialized laboratory equipment Analyzes test results and experiments to ensure conformity to physical and/or chemical specifications.
• Responsibilities may include work in routine or follows standard procedures, only very occasionally require interpretations or deviation from standard procedures. Works under close to moderate supervision. Communicates information that requires some basic explanation or interpretation.

Your background

• Undergraduate, or above is needed.
• Consider strong electrical background from 985/211 for high potential students.
• Experience in power transformer testing experience.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
