Operating Unit Manager

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for driving profitable growth of the structure, by implementing and providing input to a global strategy.

• You will act as the main managerial focal point within the local operating unit including but not limited to the operations, and site development.

• You will oversee all tendering activities within the local structure, certify that the area of responsibility is properly organized, skilled and staffed as per its needs.

• You will deliver operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction as well as key drivers of productivity, bring performance and cost optimization to the site where possible.

• You will be ensuring the achievement of established targets through sufficient regular oversight and creating a definition of actions for improvement where applicable.

• You will guide, motivate and develop all subordinates (direct and indirect) within given HR policies.

Your background:

• Electrical Engineering or relate field.

• Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategy execution and operational direction in alignment with parent/independent organization objectives.

• Decisions have a serious impact on the overall success or failure on area of accountability.

• Interacts with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
