ADC Traffic Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work with and manage LSP (Logistics Service Provider) to ensure all shipments are monitored, timely uplift, customs clearance and delivery commitment to customers are met
• Ensure export declaration by forwarders are accurate and in compliance with customs' import/export regulations
• Coordinate delivery requirements with internal/external stakeholders
• Keep proper record of all shipping documents based on local government requirements
• Conduct Monthly/Quarterly performance review with Logistics Service Providers
• Stay up to date on local/Export regulation and keep team and all in Distribution Center closely informed on changes in customs requirements if any
• Application of regulatory licenses to facilitate export process if require
• Create and maintain export SOPs and AWIs
• Verify Logistics Service Provider's freight/transportation billing if require
• Train, coach and manage Traffic team's performance
• Manage any escalation whenever require
• Any other job when required

Knowledge and Skills

• Possess knowledge of country specific import/export regulations
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient skills of MS application, WMS Oracle
• Independent and effective problem-solving skills
• Education/Experience
• Minimum Diploma/University degree
• At least 3 years of managerial working experience in relevant supply chain industry.
