One of the largest initiatives in 2022 for our client is the digital transformation and integration of multiple Digital and Operations platforms. Traditionally, these applications have run in separate channels, but they have identified multiple workstreams that they want to move into the Digital Channel / integrate with existing products.
All these products will be developed in React and will be built in microservice front ends for rapid feature deployment/ less dependency on each other. Examples of the workstreams/ products could include Pay my Bill, Digital Alerts, Collections, Manage My Account, Fix My Problem/ Disputes.Requirements:

Our web stack today includes React, Redux, Context, Typescript, Jest, and Rest APIs.

- 8+ years of experience working on large development projects
- Provide general internal developer community support
- Connect with other leads to enhance Tech Lead support and understand different approaches
- Experience using React, Redux, Context, Typescript
- Get equally excited about great UI and API design and architecture
- Can articulate the difference between progressive enhancement and graceful degradation
- Could have a conversation about the importance of animation in an interface
- Work well with others in a highly collaborative team environment
- Love the journey as much as the destination
