One very important pillar to evolve the overall SCM maturity shaping ‘Tomorrow Today is about improving our supply chain resilience and risk management. In close collaboration with other functions and suppliers providing risk information, the respective job holder will be responsible for the end-to-end SCM risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risk impacts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build framework and system enabled working process for a supplier risk index based on risk factors (operational, financial, cyber, sustainability, regulatory and legal), material criticality and supplier performance.

  • Implement supply chain risk events monitoring system/platform.

  • Monitor supply chain risk events and prepare monthly management briefing report.

  • Build an impact severity matrix framework and process based on input from cross-BU and cross-function teams for risk event.

  • Build and implement a framework/model to calculate key risk impact indicators including risk at value, time to survival and time to recover for supply chain risk event.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in supply chain risk management, especially in the areas of cyber security and sustainability.

  • Foster relationship with external partners and agencies to enhance risk analysis and information sharing.

  • Provide trainings and keep documentation internally for the risk assessment model including the supplier risk index and risk impact indicators.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related business or quantitative discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, analytics or related field.

  • Able to apply statistical method to analyze large volume of data to conduct analysis.

  • Experience in utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiar with SCRM tools and SCRM regulations/frameworks preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
