Description

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the analysis of NCMR and CCRP, push suppliers for improvement.
  • You will review the material inspection plan, and confirm all critical properties are included. Ensure the inspection plan is updated timely by the engineering department.
  • You will join the incoming inspection for responsible material.
  • You will be responsible for the analysis of non-conforming material (from incoming, production, and customer sites), adjusting and optimizing the material quality control plan in time.
  • You will perform supplier quality performance management, regular communication with suppliers for the results, and follow up the corrective action.
  • You will Implement a supplier audit, to ensure the material quality aligns with the specification and requirements during production.
  • You will identify the opportunity for improvement, and lead or participate in continuing improvement projects.
  • You will maintain major quality risks, and work with HUB SQ to develop plans to improve supplier capabilities.
  • You will support cross-function-culture collaboration to ensure that internal and external customers are satisfied.

Your background

  • Bachelor or above, Mechanism, material, or other related area.
  • More than 3+ years of working Experience (SQE experience is preferred).
  • Electronic design, test, and analysis skills.
  • Proficient inspection skills and familiarity with quality tools. (e.g., PPAP, MSA, CPK, FMEA)
  • Excellent multi-department cooperation skills.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and able to handle high volumes of work.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
