We are looking for our next “Technical Draftsman” to be trained by the current Draftsman holding the position in Hitachi Energy at Power Transformers ,Kartal- Istanbul, who is eager to contribute the change with continuous improvement mindset and inspire people in the organization in order to reach the level of ‘’World Class Manufacturing ‘’ necessities with below qualifications;

Your background

• Graduate of Faculty of Technical Education & Technical Drawing from Vocational School
• At least 2 years of experience in working in production, transformers experience is an asset
• Excellent user of Auto-CAD drafting (2D & 3D)
• Excellent user of Ms. Office Program
• Ability to mechanical drawings skill both read & draw (2D & 3D)
• Ability to organize & prioritize to meet the specifications and deadlines
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and manage fast-paced environment and ability to change direction when priorities, deadlines etc. shift
• Team player, analytical mindset and the ability to motivate others as well as continuous change & learning
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish.
• Completed military service for male applicants.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze & check of incoming projects and prepare CAM data to metal plasma cutting for weld preparation on CNC machine.
• Analyze & check of incoming projects and prepare CAM data to wood on CNC machine.
• Draw the parts & apparatus by Auto-CAD
• Parts & apparatus analyze coming from Design Department should be done & Analyze mechanical drawings
• Order creation & follow some parts used in production by using SAP
• Factory Lay-out control and update the changes
• Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
• Tools & apparatus improvement study with development engineer
• Understanding and managing the processes and being role model of MOC management
• Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
