Project Manager

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You take over the project documents (contract, technical agreement, Pre-cal, etc.) from sales and review the formal contract.
• You will create the order in SAP and maintain the relevant information.
• You will have to establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically; Responsible to achieve internally and externally the execution of project planning.
• You will take responsibility for daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customers for contracts, response to technical questions, issues, and payments.
• You will oversee the change of scope, following the company’s process of change management.
• You will coordinate internal supporting functions for timing and cost analysis and maintain customer relationships.
• You will follow the HE collection process to ensure receive the money on time.
• Coordinate related resources to complete the payment procedure from the customer.
• You will be working on revenue forecasts and coordinating related resources to reach the budget.
• You will forecast and coordinate related resources to reach the budget.
• You will be involved in site visits and maintain customer relationships.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above.
• Skilled in office software with good interpersonal skills. 
• Result orientation positive attitude. 
• Willing to learn and quick to learn.
• Requires a person who is a self-motivator, a systematic approach to solving problems.
• Proficiency in English in writing and speaking.
