Specialist fleet

Description

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the pool of company cars, especially in terms of end to end car lifecycle: car ordering, responding to day-to-day queries (order/delivery status, contract extension, fuel card issues, headless cars availability, fines, car handover, contract termination) and invoice resolution.
• Maintain the existing database, store the documentation, prepare reports
• Closely collaborate with the customers/internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Manage operational activities with suppliers
• Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements (including digitalization opportunities)
• Manage local contracts on per need basis

Your background:

•  Proficiency in business English (C1 or above)
• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer focus with proactive attitude
• Attention to details
• Eagerness to learn
• Good work organization
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Fleet Management or one of the following areas: Supply Chain Management / Customer Service / Administration
• Good Excel knowledge
