We are seeking a motivated and communicative Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. You will be based in our Country office in City1 or City2. We are looking for a candidate with a broad knowledge of BESS market within Central Europe countries who can take this area to the next level.

Your responsibilities

• You will lead the project team allocated to the project, motivating, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
• Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Your background

• Broad knowledge of the BESS market is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Degree or master’s degree in electrical engineering is a plus
• Availability for occasional travels
• Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project)
• Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving
• Preferred 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role
• Preferred experience with EPC projects
