Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Plan, organize, and supervise the implementation of production tests within our internal plant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, initiate corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to elevate the quality of our manufacturing outputs.

• Documentation Management: Maintain systematic control of documents, forms, and specifications used in production, ensuring accuracy and accessibility to all team members.

• Team Development: Manage and mentor your team, fostering their professional growth, and securing the availability of necessary tools to uphold quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Engineering studies background, preferably in electrical engineering, or relevant experiences in MV-HV testing Laboratory.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, demonstrating a track record of successful leadership in quality assurance roles.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis, coupled with practical knowledge of quality management systems and related tools.

• Communication Skills: Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications is essential to excel in this role.
