Description

Your responsibilities

  • Serves as the key partner for the Local Factory Manager in determining Local strategy, aligning with BU strategy, implementing, and making adjustments in implementation as needed.

  • Serves as a key partner for the European Hub Controller in the preparation of all financial information and analysis required, supporting on the implementation of business initiatives and ensuring alignment with their recommendations.

  • Supports on preparation of relevant financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Evaluates financial implications of various business decisions and recommends actions.

  • Contributes to definition of key performance indicators, identifies issues, and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Drives for appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency.

  • Support and ensure quality control over financial closing and reporting.

  • Ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Ensures compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines. Supports internal and external audits.

  • Preparation and monitoring of business cases and investments in Capex, working capital and footprint.

  • Participates in initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes and tools.

Your background

  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration

  • You have minimum 5 years working experience in business controlling, preferably from a global company.

  • Good English and Spanish skills are required, both written and spoken.

  • Excellent analytical and accounting skills are essential, as good knowledge of SAP and advanced MS excel.

  • You will be a self-motivated, goal-orientated individual, capable of working both alone or as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, global and strategic vision and analytical mindset are needed.
