Production Engineer

Description

Your responsibilities:     

• You will follow and execute Desigh change in production process.    
• You will participate to Analysis, following to close about Assembly Quality issue and improve action.     
• You will improve assembly method and support for improving Production Process 
• You will update and tracking of Working instruction, Production BOM, Production drawing. 
• You will coordinate production resource for new product trial production (Incl. production workstation layout, Tools, Document preparation) 
• Timely and efficiently complete the trial assembly tasks of new products,
• You will be ensuring compliance with processes, plan, drawing, quality and safety requirement. 
• Organization and task allocation of production resource.    
• Organization and reporting of production finding.     
• Improvement of production differences     
• You will complete follow-up action of "Human, Machine, Material, Method, Environment, Measurement" for the next step of production.

Your background:

• You hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
• At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing field with GIS assembly knowledge.
• Good people handling skill and problem-solving skill. 
• Required good MS Office, SAP.
• Proficiency in English language in oral and written.
