5-7 Yrs of exp. in technical writting.
The ideal candidate is passionate about ML & AI and is eager to help drive a new generation of data and machine learning enabled services and products to innovate and solve challenging problems. They have interest in data, machine learning concepts and methods, chatbots, & have experience in explaining technical concepts in plain language.

Essential requirements:
Proven experience as a technical writer for an agile software company. Have contributed to multiple shipped products and written technical documentation for cloud apps, AI, ML, SaaS, IoT, etc.
Experience in writing articles and help site documentation related to ML & AI and have interest in writing content for chatbot scripts.
Understand technical concepts like APIs, SDKs, and web applications. Collaborate well with engineering teams to go through epics, ask questions, understand developer tasks, and can explain them in plain language.
Strong technical aptitude, ability to analyze specifications, research technical concepts, frame and solve complex problems using content, and communicate clearly and precisely in plain language.

Collaborate closely with fast-paced agile software engineering teams, technical & UX writers, designers, & PMs to plan, write, & maintain content for a technical product.
Create, maintain, and improve content for supporting AI & Machine Learning products and solutions.
Develop creative examples, tutorials, articles, and help documentation that explain how to solve problems using machine learning apps and concepts.
Write in a clear, concise, and engaging style to develop technical documentation, API docs, blog posts, articles, reference materials, that include question-answers, chatbots, scenarios, and user interactions.
Work with other writers to maintain the help site, improve, and define documentation processes & guidelines.
