You will deliver the Service Solutions service portfolio to Hitachi Energy customers within the PGGI in THHE. Reporting to the Service Sales manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy.
You will utilize the ServIS database to understand the exist installed base and identify and develop sales opportunities for Service Solutions within the PGGI.
You will drive sales volume and margin across the entire Hitachi Energy Service product portfolio in collaboration with other business units and regularly update ServIS with changes made on-site.
You will establish long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations, respond immediately to issues and demonstrate in-depth technical Service product/solutions knowledge to promote product Life Cycle Management.
You will communicate contract details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offerings and strategy and manage associated administrative Sales processes. Prepare, review sales plans and propose recovery actions when needed to ensure all targets meet.
You will implement the Service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrate installed base, and promote various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and the organization.
You will actively promote Hitachi Energy’s Service products and solutions during various marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings) while monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
More than 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales.
Sound knowledge of Substation Services and Preventive maintenance contract, Service Level agreement, long term service contract.
Knowledge of ServIS and SFDC, Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Power point and Microsoft project.
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
