Description

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for accurately and timely reviewing contracts and orders, organizing and completing contract reviews, and carrying out relevant work in the contract execution process such as shipment and invoicing, contract archiving, and payment collection.
  • You will complete departmental KPI indicators, including on-time delivery rate, shipment volume, payment, and finished product inventory management.
  • You will be responsible for business coordination work related to customer FAT.
  • You will be hosting the kick-off meeting for ultra-high voltage projects, major projects, and Australian projects, and summarize the major projects.
  • You will timely complete corresponding training on compliance and HSE requirements, and complete corresponding compliance and safety indicators.
  • You will be responsible for accurately and timely reviewing contracts and orders, organizing and completing contract reviews, and carrying out relevant work in the contract execution process such as shipment and invoicing, contract archiving, and payment collection.
  • You will be responsible for completing departmental KPI indicators, including on-time delivery rate, shipment volume, payment, and finished product inventory management.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation-related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in high-voltage transformer design or a certain level of electrical knowledge is preferred.
  • Familiar with the principles and manufacturing knowledge of high-voltage transformers. 
  • Understand relevant technical and manufacturing standards, design processes, manufacturing processes, equipment and facility conditions, supplier review procedures, and possess a certain level of relevant professional knowledge.
  • Have a certain ability to analyze and solve problems and be able to handle work problems within the scope of this major. Possess the necessary knowledge of quality, safety, and environment for the position.
  • MS Office Proficient in using CAD drawing software for planar and three-dimensional drawings, proficient in using office software, proficient as a user of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Chinese language is required.
