You as the Global Business Travel and Expense and Real Estate administrator will Implement and manage efficient travel management services with centralized administration and data transparency for employees, line managers, and country management. Travel procurement, travel operations services, execution model for countries, learning support, customer service helpdesk, and corporate and fuel card administration. Ensure compliance with country rules, policy, and guidelines. Manage service level agreement with real estate and facilities suppliers. Global Business Travel and Real Estate administrator will be part of the Hitachi Energy business based in Modderfontein, South Africa.

Your responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for Business and Country regarding questions or T&E topics across the board.
  • Executing and managing corporate and fuel card administrative processes, liaise with vendor counterparts to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Identifying, diagnosing and communicating solutions in T&E area to end users in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing timely and accurate T&E reporting to ensure T&E data is provided to relevant stakeholders.
  • Verifying and auditing expense reports for accuracy and compliance with T&E policy and guidelines.
  • Ensuring that SLA and KPIs are completed with the required quality and speed.
  • Maintaining process documentation and procedures to improve services and user assistance.
  • Providing input on new issues or escalating problems.
  • Managing service level agreement with real estate and facilities suppliers. Management service level agreement with external service provider.

Your background

  • Experience in Administration and or contract management a benefit.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability; effective problem identification and solution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills; high sense of ownership, can-do attitude, and ability to influence others.
