Sales and Marketing Specialist for region north to improve business of 100MINR with a Very good track record in capacitor and associated components for industry and building segment, market trends and a strong network within Delhi / NCR region for effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Market Expertise: In-depth understanding of the capacitor market in Delhi/NCR, including competitor analysis, customer needs, and emerging trends.                                                                                  
  • Sales Strategy: Proficient in designing and executing sales strategies that target key market segments, resulting in increased sales and market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors and industry stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of various types of capacitors, their applications and benefits.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Experienced in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
  • Communication: Effective communicator with excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills

Your background:

  • Qualification: Diploma / Engineering in electrical  
  •  5 to 6 years of related experience.
