General Information:

The Transformers business line is a global technology leader and the world's largest supplier of transformers. We are pioneers in digital transformer technologies, working at the frontier of renewable energy and ultra-high voltage AC and DC applications.



  • Repair, modify and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic control equipment.
  • Repair and calibrate instruments.
  • Perform electrical repairs and/or installations.
  • Inspect control equipment and check various functions.
  • Select, requisition, and check required equipment.
  • Produce or modify electrical drawings.
  • May assist with mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Other general maintenance work.
  • Complete checklists and required documents, including work orders.
  • Perform preventive maintenance.
  • Respond to factory service calls.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of projects originating in the Industrial Engineering Department.


  • Diploma of Professional College Studies (DEC).
  • Knowledge and skills acquired through previous experience (bachelor’s degree 4 years and over.
  • Training period or apprenticeship period: 2 to 4 years.
  • Manual dexterity and accuracy.
  • Variety in your task: Work is varied.
  • Responsibility for material and equipment during handling. Problem solving.
  • Consequences of actions: very significant consequences.
