Support DV testing on new or existing products and components

Develop and coordinate the construction of testing equipment

(product test systems, fixturing, DAQ's, power systems, etc.)

Order, maintain, and coordinate usage of test equipment

Support additional tests (cross-section, microscope, SEM, etc.) for mass production (internal/customer) & warranty returns/change points

(RMA, customer issues, process, machine, line change points, etc.)

Develop and maintain test timetables for Design, Process, and Annual Validation test for internal as well as for customer use

Develop and deploy outsourcing test plans

(internally not available or planned due to not being cost effective)

Collaborate with Japan & US DE on test methods (software or hardware changes to test systems developed by Japan)

Support line QA for internal, RMA or customer directed issues for product quality problems

Support Production Engineering for the testing of products for process, machine, or line moves to validate the quality of product

Maintain Verification Report Database. Review and approve all reports

Submit weekly/monthly project testing status reports to management

Guide and direct knowledge growth with department staff
