Mission Statement:
The BU Trade, Transport & Logistics Manager is responsible for communicating and driving the implementation of the TT&L strategy within the organization in close alignment and collaboration with interfacing functions. He/She acts as change-agent and supports the successful rollout and seamless implementation of new TT&L projects, tools and processes. He/she drives the implementation of best practices to ensure Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and service optimization. He/she will deliver on the KPI’s and drive the continuous improvement (CI) of processes, tools and services. The TT&L BU Manager is to be the liaison between HE TT&L and the BU organization. He/She is fully accountable to ensure the quality of the team’s operations in accordance with HE and BU regulations and procedures.
