Description

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for implementing the BU/Hub strategy in the Hub M&S team and ensuring business development and sales growth in the domestic market. Provides input to global business unit strategies. 
  • You will ensure achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focuses on achievement of total demand orders.
  • Hitachi Energy and 3rd Party, gross margin %, operating cash flow, and general & administration cost.
  • You will ensure profitable growth in the country by maximizing geographic coverage and channel penetration, as well as focusing on industry segments in the domestic market.
  • You will build and maintain strong personal relationships with existing customers to ensure a high satisfaction level and develop new customers to generate growth. Strengthens customer's perception of a division that is easy to do business with. Is the voice of the customer internally, proactively raises awareness, and ensures proper action toward product quality improvement.
  • You will be responsible for driving Marketing and Sales in the domestic market, including product launches. Drives sales efficiency and effectiveness locally. Ensures a balanced growth through all product lines/Product Groups/Business Units. Creates demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value-based selling approach.
  • You will implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations in the Group and responsibility.
  • You will implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution and share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization. Ensures the accuracy of the financial statement reported in the Business Unit by the Hub Sales & Marketing function.
  • You will ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, and directed. Builds an effective, capable, and high-performing organization. develops talent, appoints managers, and reviews effectiveness.

Your background

  • Engineering Degree and Marketing degree / MBA is preferred.
  • Above 15 years of industry experience in Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Mechanical or electrical Engineering Experience.
  • Strong communication skills with different stakeholders.
  • Strong learning agility and good management skills.
  • Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motivate and develop people.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
