General information:

Sales Unit of HV products is one of our fastest-growing areas. You will lead the sales organization for the HV products business Line in Thailand. Reporting to Market Manager and HUB, you will implement of Sales strategy to serve customer such as electrical utility (EGAT, PEA, MEA), EPCs, Industrial, MLC etc.  and drive local Sales unit growth at the assigned region. You will be responsible for the profit and loss to achieving both qualitative and quantitative targets and to optimize the utilization of sales resources to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will run the day-to-day Sales business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of sales productivity by implementing agreed-upon delivery and performance standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • You will drive the implementation of the sales strategy, ensure that corresponding plans will implement consistently in the sales organization through collaboration with other businesses.

  • You will build sustainable customer relationships to ensure client growth, satisfaction and utilize customer feedback to drive consistent development of processes and practices.

  • You will propose new products to expand the portfolio in line with global directions, implement productized offerings and materials for marketing purposes.

  • You will collaborate with other sales team to achieve business target.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineer.

  • More than 2 years of experience in HV equipment business, working as products sales and solution-based provider is preferable.

  • Enable the organization and people to pursue and exceed target.

  • Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing of HV equipment.

  • Current driver’s license valid in Thailand.

  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills with proficient in English.
