Assembler of Power Transformer

Description

Various production activities of manufacturing of transformers. (e.g., Winding, Post operation, Core stacking, Coil assembly, Top yoke filling, cleats preparation, Job pressing, Tank preparation, Tanking, Accessories mounting, Oil filling, Dismantling of transformer & packaging, etc.) to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow standard manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and optimization. 
• Follow standard processes, Control and monitor it towards usage of all critical tools in production.
• Work closely with the within production, Planning, Purchase, Maintenance & Quality Department for smooth execution and Filling of QIC cards.
• Innovate, suggest and implement all engineering changes in each transformer.
• Collaborate within Team to ensure timely execution as per Manufacturing Plan.
