As Lean Master across the entire Grid Integration Business Unit, within the Global Black Belt Pool, you contribute to the business transformation and Lean strategy with sensitivity towards the organizational structure, culture, people and processes. Reporting to the Business Unit Continuous Improvement Leader you are responsible for Lean implementation across the Grid Integration’s systems, operations, and processes. You ensure consistent and rigorous application of Lean Framework across the business in line with best practice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the creation and implementation of Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve operational performance
You implement and support cultural change across the organization
You provide Continuous Improvement expertise, professional advice, and guidance to the business
You coach and facilitate teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities
You ensure relevant on-going learning and development of all employees in lean improvement tools and methods
You build a culture of engagement at all levels of the business, to facilitate delivery and compliance with the Lean strategy
You work collaboratively, negotiate, and engage with key stakeholders
Your background
Lean Master certification with minimum 5 years of experience in coaching and leading Lean implementation across multiple locations
5-10 years of experience in industrial environment on the same or similar role
Proven experience in leading and developing global programs.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment
Ability to identify and remove waste in manufacturing and process environment
Ability to recognize and implement the needed changes to let the value flow
Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
A university degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered a plus
