In alignment with the North America Hub’s vision and growth strategy, the HR Training Specialist will be responsible for facilitating various training to include leadership skills, interpersonal skills, technical skills lean concepts, functional competency assessments and various orientation/onboarding topics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director Senior HRBP and Global Training Manager to plan and execute technical training activities for the Hub Associates, to maximize effectiveness by ensuring associates have thorough knowledge of products and processes.
  • Partner with Director, Senior HRBP and managers to understand the training and competencies needs from each department and consolidate those needs in a plan for necessary actions.
  • Facilitate training programs, including leadership skills, interpersonal skills, lean management, orientation/onboarding, and other non-technical training topics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training & Development, to ensure training materials are created to meet the needs of the Hub. 
  • Maintain training and certification records for the Hub.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and teaching skills.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral, to all levels of employees and management teams.
  • Willingness to continue your own learning and development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self‐motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects; lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines and customer demands with a sense of urgency.

Background/ Experience:

  • Proven leader and results-oriented professional with experience driving organizational change and business results.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing a successful Training Academy.
  • Degree/certifications in education, business, human resources, psychology, or related field OR
  • Equivalent education and experience as a trainer, training specialist, teacher, coach, or related position
  • Working with start up organizations is a plus.
