Service engineer

Description

Your responsibilities.

• You will be responsible for offering technical instructions for the transformer's on-site installation and commissioning in the market.
• You will be solving the problems that happen during the transformer installation and running and provide the customers with the solution proposal in time.
• You will provide instructions on transformer maintenance.
• Collecting customer's comments on the products and feedback to our company.
• You will be responsible for assisting the salespeople and project managers to maintain better business relationships with customers and expand the business of transformer service.

Your background.

• Bachelor’s degree and above, major in electric or mechanical design.
• Priority to those with prior employment with the Transformer Company.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Have a university-level English proficiency certificate at or above and are proficient in writing in English.
• Self-motivated on new knowledge learning, good problem solving, good team player.
• Be open to taking regular business trips abroad.
• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
