To strengthen our Power Consulting division, we are looking for a Technical Consultant (f/m/d) with relevant expertise in the technical planning and economic evaluation of the integration of decentralized generation plants and storage technologies as well as their combination as a microgrid to increase grid resilience.

Your tasks

  • Generating customer contacts and working with customers at an operational level, actively driving forward and developing consulting solutions

  • Solution-oriented customer consulting with regard to new building requirements in the area of distribution grids (increase in the share of renewable energies and electromobility, electrification of heating applications)

  • Negotiating contracts, preparing offers and carrying out studies including cost estimation, resource planning and risk management as part of project management

  • Technical and economic evaluation of microgrids and finding innovative solutions to relieve the distribution grids

  • Preparing technical reports and conducting customer meetings

 
Your background

  • Successfully completed studies, e.g. in the field of industrial engineering or electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology

  • Experience in grid calculation tools such as NEPLAN, PowerFactory

  • Experience in modeling and technical-economic analysis of partial-voltage electrical grids

  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build and maintain customer relationships

  • Strong teamwork skills and interest in working in an international environment
