Production Technician Assistant

Description

You as a Production Technician Assistant will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be performing installation of industrial equipment’s and machines, performing regular assembly through a lean and flow production line with outstanding performance that is targeting the best quality, maximum cost saving and shortest delivery time.

Your responsibilities

• Ability to build Trollies and Racks according to drawing and load calculations.
• Implementing improvements and able to keep workstation fully organized.
• Responsible for maintaining PPDC room in good conditions and applying 5S.
• Responsible for installing all new devices across production line in proper manner. 
• Conducting routine check to all workstations. Maintaining safe and clean work environment.
• Actively supporting teamwork, effectively communicating, and collaborating with internal customer or stakeholder or colleague (assembly, testing, logistics...etc.).
• Independently following the factory rules and guidelines related to safety, quality, environment, recycling, and housekeeping.
• Providing feedback, sharing ideas and observations whenever possible
• Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by direct manager to fulfil the job requirements.

Your background

• High School or Technical Diploma in industrial.
• 2+ years of experience in production or industrial.
• Understanding the lean concept and minimizing all related 7 wastes.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse group.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
