Description

Supply Chain Related Responsibilities:

  • Creation of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
  • Vendor setup and 3rd Party Supplier Administration including coordinating 3rd party vendor contracts
  • Creation of Material Codes in SAP and management of the Material Code Master List

Sales Operations Related Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Salesforce.com Business Request list for Enterprise Software requested changes – evaluating the ask from the requestor and assigning it a priority and impact level.
  • Promoting priority Salesforce.com Business Requests to the centralized SFDC management team, working with the centralized team to fully understand the ask, help document user stories as needed, and help secure assignment of the changes in a scheduled release
  • Monitor dedicated inbox for externally won opportunities (via e-commerce) and create the needed accounts, opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.com
  • Partner with the Software Pricing team on quick turnaround quotes
  • Process improvement champion – identify areas of inefficiency, propose solution.

General Office Administration Support:

  • General office administrative support as necessary that may include assisting departments with new starters or projects, onsite help.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of supply chain, sales operations, or facilities management.
  • Familiarity and experience with SAP
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail/follow-up; Commitment to excellence; ability to handle multiple tasks while under tight deadlines; Self-starter.
