Quality Engineer

Description

Your responsibilities.

• You will be responsible for fast action to all issues that happened in incoming material and production process, root cause analysis, and follow-up corrective actions with 6 sigma/8D.
• You will be responsible for making and updating the inspection plan and working together with SCM colleagues for sample release.
• You will use P-FEMA, MSA, and process capability analysis and monitoring for quality control of production line products.
• You will be responsible for CCPR analysis of the production line. Find the root cause and make an action plan for customers.
• You will be responsible for cost reduction contribution using continuous quality improvement, manufacturing improvement advice, technical improvement, etc.

Your background.

• Electrical or mechanical engineering bachelor graduation.
• Has a strong technical knowledge background with good study skills.
• Has good teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
