GlobalLogic is inviting a Senior leader to join its Communication delivery unit. You will become one of the contributors to the success and growth of our business in innovative solutions development. The main focus will be towards one of Telecom streams with our key client, which is a world-leading provider of 5G telecom solutions, software and services to CSPs all over the globe.


  • Master level in Computer Science or Engineering (Telecom)
  • Solid track record in Customer Engagement / Sales, excellent skills in communicating, leading, influencing, building networks and relationships
  • Good understanding of standards: ETSI, 3GPP, IETF, CNCF, TMFORUM, MEF-LSO
  • Knowledge of 5G and 4G technologies, within areas of Mobile Core and/or RAN domains
  • Additional knowledge and experiences which would give an advantage:
  • Knowledge of 5G and 4G technologies, within area of RAN domain from 7-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of cloud native principles and cloud platforms
  • Hands-on experience in creating technical proposals, solution descriptions and other artifacts is plus
  • Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader within pre-sales engagements
  • Proactive support of account / business unit team
  • Lead proposals preparation towards technical and commercial aspects.
  • Support with technical cost estimations and solution breakdown.
  • Present project proposals to Client and lead further discussions.
  • Participate in workshops, drive geo distributed engagement teams
  • Identify the impacts and risks as a result of the solution introduction, and recommendations on solution evolution.
  • Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor other team members.
  • Bring your recommendations to the table when it comes to new architectures.
  • Identify add-on sales opportunities via close cooperation with the customers in the delivery projects and drive business by finding new convergence opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones.
  • Interact with Clients, 3rd Party suppliers, Delivery and Business units.
