HR Specialist : Bonus and Accrual Project Management

Mission Statement:

To be a core member of the People Analytics (PA) team will be reporting to the PA Lead and will be a part of Common Shared Services (CSS), HR Delivery team based in Bangalore.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the bonus and accruals process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Generate, analyze, and present HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain complex spreadsheets, data models, and dashboards.

• Lead and participate in HR projects from inception to completion, including project planning, execution, and evaluation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive HR data.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting.

Your Background:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Finance is preferred.

• 2 to 3 years of experience.

• Hands on experience in Journal entries & maintaining ledger.

• Good to have knowledge of Power BI & Advanced Excel.

• Stakeholder Management.

• Experience with any project management tool such as Waterfall, Jira or Microsoft Planner.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
