Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Mould Maintenance Manual Guidelines knowledge & All activities.
Handling & solving all types of mold problems during running production.
Handling in routine maintenance of all molds
Rectification and modification of all type of molds for different faults involving hot runner, flash on component and mechanical problems.
Able to work in different type of molds (Hot runner injection molds, Insert molds)
Conduct the new mold trial and take action again customer feedback.
Handling the new product development with the support of the development team related to tools.
Qualification: B-Tech (3 Years) / Diploma (5 Years)
Experience: 2-5 years
