In our „Product evaluation and qualification“ team at Hitachi Energy Semiconductors in Lenzburg, we make sure to get to the bottom of things and deliver faultless robust semiconductor chips and power modules through a rigorous qualification process. Our products are delivered to a wide range of customers worldwide for different industrial applications as well as renewable energy, traction and eMobility.

For ensuring our testing activities we are looking for a highly motivated senior technician to join our team and coordinate the lab activities.

Your Responsibilities / Tasks

In your role as a senior technician, you will be involved in product evaluation and qualification on semiconductor chips and power modules.

In parallel to your close collaboration with our team members you will coordinate and lead the R&D lab activities and ensure efficiency, continuous improvement, compliance with safety rules, and environmental protection.

Your background and skills:

• Electrician ,Technical diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in laboratory management or a related role
• Good knowledge of MS Office suites
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English and German
