Finance Specialist - General Accounting

Mission statement:

Support overall financial statement preparation by executing accurate and timely.

completion of accounting activities in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be performing necessary activities for the month-end close of the Accounting Centre, including preparation of various journal entries, preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliation, and calculation and recording of monthly entries as necessary.
• You will be responsible for preparing quarterly deferred tax and income tax calculations.
• You will be responsible for preparing monthly IFRS (ABACUS) reporting.
• You will be responsible for preparing a working paper for PRC annual audited financial statements.
• You will be responsible for performing an analysis of accounts and generating entries as necessary. And support all GA Team's initiatives.
• You will participate in quarterly customer review meetings.
• comply and help to achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance and reporting for General Accounting.
• Participate in special projects as necessary to support the General Accounting department.

Your background:

• Finance and Accounting Education with bachelor's degree
• SAP operation preferred good skills in MS Excel.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
