Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Junior HR Project Manager, who will be part of Talent & Learning team. As a Global Junior HR Project Manager, you’ll primarily be support for the team in successful delivery of initiatives and projects related to digital solutions, and with that help us drive diversity of thought. This role provides a great opportunity for a highly organized team player who can effectively balance a wide range of responsibilities to be a part of a global team. You’ll partner closely with the Talent & Learning Global Lead for digital solutions.

Tasks:

  • Support in coordination global HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support in the daily management of activities in the Talent & Learning function.
  • Schedule meetings, gather and compile information, manage agendas, meeting notes, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Collecting and analyzing data.
  • Provide framework and structure to support operational activities.
  • Possibility to drive smaller workstreams.

This role is for you if you have:

  • Higher education (bachelor’s degree or higher).
  • Experience with project management and working in a complex environment is welcome.
  • Excellent English both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication ability.
  • Strong organization skills, ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and an analytical acumen.
