Project Engineer

Description

Your responsibilities:

• You will assist the Engineer-in-Charge or Project manager with project execution.
• You will work to customer satisfaction and meet schedule and budget constraints per project demands.
• You will provide schedule input for design tasks and preparation of task budgets and support senior engineers in developing and reviewing designs and construction.
• You will participate in project working meetings manage meeting minute tasks review contractor submittals and support the installation of power systems equipment, components, software, communication protocol, etc.
• You will supervise sub-contractor works and/or provide technical support to assigned projects.
• You will review plans, prepare, and review technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates, and resolve complex problems, such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements.
• You should have the ability to plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate transmission and distribution projects.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Operation Manager, Execute projects according to company SOX, IMS & and cyber security requirements.
• Regular project reporting such as progress, planning, financial, etc.

Your background:

• The basic structure inside the power distribution substation.
• The operation of protection relay i.e., OCEF, differential protection
• The remote-control system such as SCADA
• The local operation of power distribution substation
• Test and commission the secondary side of the power distribution substation
• Project management for power distribution substation.
• Resource planning
• Worked as test and commissioning in HV power transmission and distribution substation.
• Worked as test and commissioning in 220kV to 110kV power distribution substation.
• Worked in project management on complex projects.
• Worked as project manager for large projects/turkey projects, including resource planning, site checking, and process monitoring.
• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
