Job Purpose
Implement HSE program and system in compliance with legal and corporate, region, BU requirements:

Key Activities:

  • Develop, participate & implement, support deployment of HSE programs and initiatives, including initiatives to build Managers and Employee HSE awareness (e.g. e-learnings, safety week, monthly HSE call, best practice sharing, etc)
  • Develop and deploy HSE standards in region and BU sites: including facilitating the standardisation committee
  • Set up, follow up and ensure regular HSE reporting within region and BU and to GHQ
  • I-CARE key-user, maintenance, internal training, risk-assessment & compliance regulation module deployment in all locations.
  • Participate to accident/incident investigations, report, record and analysis
  • Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support HSE managements.
