Description:

Our client is a well known brand of smart TV operating systems, smart TVs, streaming devices, smart home and audio products. This is a great and challenging opportunity to work on development and sustenance of TV-OS for running on various SoC platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Embedded Systems
• Prior experience in TV-OS, Multimedia,Streaming, STB is a big plus
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving and analytical skills
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent C++ programming skills ( 4+ years of exp) with good grip on data structures
• Very good understanding of Linux Kernel concepts, Tools, libraries, drivers etc
• Hands on experience in multi-threading/core primitives, Inter Process Communication
• Can do attitude with strong sense of ownership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with various team located at different geographical locations
• Experience working with onshore-offshore model

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for development and sustenance of core tasks ranging development, code maintenance,bug fixing, performance optimizations and supporting QA teams.
This is an opportunity to work on end to end product development and release cycles. You will be required to communicate and sync up with various teams working at different geographical locations.
The ideal candidate will have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution.
You should be a gritty problem solver and self-starter who can think of out-of-box solutions.
The successful candidate will be a team player, displaying a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to Client's changing needs
