Description
As Web Specialist you will be responsible for implementing external web and intranet strategy while managing projects and updates on the web platforms on a day-to-day basis. In this position, you will be also involved in developing and implementing tools related to digital communications and marketing,
as well as provide support to stakeholders in terms of their proper management and utilization. You will mostly collaborate with Communications and Marketing teams across the Hitachi Energy businesses.
Responsibilities:
Work with internal stakeholders to gather content and requirements to edit our web and intranet pages.
Lead web and digital tools projects from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance.
Support the development of our Communications and Marketing tools’ strategy (i.e. Podcasts, Newsletters, Digital brochures, etc).
Manage corporate digital tools (access rights, upgrades, usage, technical issues support, etc).
Support our technical web activities and areas like SEO and Analytics.
Provide support, training and facilitate the spreading of knowledge and information regarding our web and tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience knowledge and expertise on Digital Communications and Marketing.
CMS experience: (Web usability, analytics, SEO, etc.).
Project management experience and a thorough knowledge of implementing digital tools within an organization.
Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft office applications is a plus.
B2B communications experience.
Relational skills at all levels.
Reliable person with a strong commitment to speed and quality.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
