Senior Project Manager

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Senior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Panama City, Panama.

Accountabilities
    Ensure the budget proposal for the assigned Cluster (group of Projects ) and/or of a complex project
•    Ensure the on time, on budget and on quality delivery
•    Ensure the achievement of the defined targets in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash in
•    Ensure Client relationship by ensuring a single and direct managerial interface
•    Contribute to the promotion of business opportunities and manage the Change Orders/Variation Orders
•    Ensure customer satisfaction monitoring and the handling of any customer claim (e.g. identifying and applying any preventive/corrective action)
•    Ensure projects and customer prioritization within the specific Cluster

Skills and Background

Bachelor’s Degree and PM Certification or Equivalent Technical Background

Form 10 up to 15 years expertise in the role
