Hitachi Rail is looking for 2 enthusiastic self-motivated Associate Project Support who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Panama City, Panama.

Accountabilities

• Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administration (providing analysis, keeping records…)
• Ensure the preparation of Letters or reporting for the Project  Ensure the management of Project document control in the project
• Ensure the management of Project document control in the project share point  Ensure Work in progress and accounts payable reporting and analysis

Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree and PM Certification or Equivalent Technical Background
• Form 0 up to 3 years expertise in the role -
• Project Scope Management
• Project Time Management
• Project Quality Management
• Project Communications Management
