Description

As a Junior Project Engineer you will focus on designing, communicating, and implementing operational plan for completing project as well as taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. You will prepare designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc. Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan. You will also build up long term relationships with different stakeholders.

Your Responsibility

  • Perform design of HV/MV/LV Power systems control & protection panels.

  • Design circuit diagram for complex Power systems.

  • Perform Power Networks calculations.

  • Perform Protection relays setting calculations.

  • Prepare application software for Control & Protection IEDs.

  • Prepare application software for Local HMIs & GWs.

  • Design SAS communication network layout strategy.

  • Participate in FAT/SAT.

  • Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.

Your Background

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering – master equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of experience in HV/MV substations secondary engineering (el. panel design), SAS application software and/or commissioning or other industrial installation of similar complexity.

  • Knowledge of Power Systems Protection philosophy.

  • Knowledge of protection & control IEDs programming and/or testing.

  • Knowledge of Power Networks calculation tools.

  • EPLAN, AUTOCAD knowledge will be considered an asset.

  • Excellent command of English language.

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office).

  • Problem solving oriented

  • Organizational skills

  • Sense of responsibility & reliability
