Description:

Support billing systems for one of middle east mobile service provider

Requirements:

Experience in managing and configuring CS, BSCS, and VSME is highly desirable
BS in Computer Science or a similar field
3+ years experience
Knowledge of Basic Linux commands
Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, XML/HTTP
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, XML/HTTP
Telco Infrastructure Experience
Phyton, Java as a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Create and change products and services using configurations tools and SQL queries
Handle Complaints and Requests in relation to the configuration of systems
Fix and reprocess failed requests due to wrong configuration or system failure
Support end user test
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
Perform tasks accurately and up to our quality standard
Maintain knowledge base and documentation
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software
